VoiceMemoir uses third-party services for AI drafting (Anthropic Claude), storage (Backblaze B2), payments (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), and print fulfillment (Lulu). Voice transcription happens locally in your browser via the Web Speech API; we do not send your audio to a third-party transcription service. Each subprocessor's privacy practices and terms govern your use of their services through VoiceMemoir. We are not responsible for third-party failures, outages, or policy changes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, STANHATTIE LLC and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill.
